Brasserie des Milles
Within the same building, the Brasserie des Milles includes a bar, a sales area and a workshop dedicated to the production of craft beers. Located in Aix-en-Provence, the brewery offers events, tastings and tours of the production process.
Brasserie des Milles takes its name from the village in the Aix-en-Provence commune where it is based. Committed to promoting the local economy, Jérémi, the craft brewer, has chosen to make the production of local beers his specialty. Collaboration and the circular economy are rooted in the DNA of the craft microbrewery.
All tasting beers are made on site. The brewery regularly offers new ephemeral or small-batch cuvées, in line with the seasons and customer requests, as well as "made-to-order beers" for companies and events.
The brewery also regularly hosts concerts and beer yoga classes.
Opening
All year round, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
