A tourist office marked Qualité Tourisme™

The Qualité Tourisme™ brand: a mark of excellence

For several years now, the Gardanne Tourist Office has been implementing a quality policy aimed at providing an excellent welcome to all our visitors.

In July 2015, the structure was awarded the QUALITÉ TOURISME™ mark after meeting all the criteria of the national reference system.
This certification provides proof of serious, high-quality work.
This certification (valid for 3 years) was renewed in 2018, for a period of 5 years.

As part of our Quality Tourism initiative, a local working group made up of the management of the Tourist Office (Director and Chairman), members of the Board of Directors, professionals and elected representatives, meets twice a year to assess the overall operation of the system (analysis of satisfaction questionnaire summaries, corrective actions and follow-up, etc.).
The members of the Quality Working Group are volunteers and are involved in the collective actions carried out for a renewable 3-year period.
