Calissoun was founded by Christophe Grini and Eric Gimenez, master confectionners and members of the Aix Calisson-Makers Union. They produce original sweets, all made in the Hauts de Loubassane workshop in Aix-en-Provence. Call ahead of time to see how the sweets are made.
Calissoun, founded by Christophe Grini and Eric Gimenez, master confectioners and members of the Union des Fabricants de Calissons d'Aix, offers an original confection, made exclusively in Aix-en-Provence in the Maliverny workshop. You can see the production process on site by appointment.
Calissoun now offers a range of 100% organic Calissons.
Opening
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9.30 am and 7 pm.
Present at the Place Richelme market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
