Tours and tastings are available at the Pôle d'Activité des Milles from Monday to Thursday, upon reservation.

Through their precise gestures and traditional machines, you'll be able to observe and understand the pride they share in helping to maintain Aix's gastronomic heritage.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9.30 am and 7 pm.
On Sunday between 9.30 am and 6 pm.
