At the heart of the Palette appellation, the Quintessence cuvée embodies our most demanding vision.
Produced in only 1,800 bottles per year, it is the result of a rigorous selection of our finest plots and precise work, carried out with patience and conviction. Rarely offered for tasting due to its confidential production, this cuvée reveals itself as a privileged moment - an intimate encounter with the most accomplished expression of our estate.
